Blog: Community Feature for the Month of December

While sharing the goodness of Finally, Truly Healthy Chocolates®, our community has grown as clients have become friends.

This month we shine our spotlight to Loredana Manushaqa, a true adventurer, and a certified chocolover.

Curious to learn more about Loredana, we asked her a few questions:

1. When did you first hear about Co Chocolat?

The first time I met the Co-Chocolat team was your humble beginnings when you had a pop up shop in SEVA Table in Dubai. I tasted for the first time your gianduja spread & Wide Awake chocolate. I literally fell in love not only with your products but, while chatting in a corner with both your founders, I deeply admired & respected as well your noble mission to offer healthy, delicious and fair trade products to the region.

2. How would you describe your work, vocation, or passion, and what do you find most fulfilling about it?

I’m a passionate traveler and explorer who thrives on staying active, especially in the great outdoors—you could say I’m an outdoor bug. Challenging myself through activities like climbing the mountains, diving into oceans, and embracing new adventures makes me feel truly alive. These experiences not only ground me but also fill me with gratitude for our incredible planet and for what we’re capable of achieving when our body, mind, and soul align with a deeper sense of purpose.

3. How have your life experiences and exposure to different cultures shaped your perspective on the world?

My life experiences, including traveling to nearly 80 countries, have profoundly shaped my perspective on the world. Immersing myself in diverse cultures has taught me the value of empathy, adaptability, and lifelong learning. Each country and community I’ve encountered has expanded my understanding of humanity—showing me the beauty in our differences and the common things that unite us. Experiencing how other people approach life, challenges, and joy in unique ways has given me a deep appreciation for resilience and creativity. It’s also instilled in me a sense of humility, as I’ve realized how much there is to learn from others and their humble stories. Ultimately, these experiences have enriched my outlook, grounding me in a global mindset while nurturing my personal growth.

4. Do you have any advice for our community, especially for those who are still exploring their path?

I strongly believe there’s no right or wrong way to approach life! Each of us has a unique path, and that’s something worth celebrating. In my humble view, the only comparison worth making as we grow and explore is between who you were in the past and who you are today. It’s all about the small, consistent steps you take each day to become the best version of yourself.

5. As we approach 2025, how do you plan to welcome the new year and what are you most excited about?

I am currently spending my days underwater diving and doing a shark conservation training in Maldives and I’ll welcome the NYE on a boat in the middle of the ocean, watching the stars and being grateful for another year growing. Excited about the incredible places I’ll explore and the adventures I’ll embark on in 2025.

Co Community Feature of the Month
What do they all have in common? The same values and love for honestly good chocolates while savoring wellness and health may it be physical or mental.

Those fun encounters with our customers that started with chocolates and food eventually led to interesting, and inspiring conversations. We discovered their passions through these exchanges and with our community growing bigger and more diverse each day, we figured it would just be awesome if we can inspire more people with fun and interesting features about our friends in the Co Chocolat Community.
