Big news from Co Chocolat Family 🍫

In mid-April, our co-founder Iman flew to the scenic hills of Dabouq, Amman, for an exciting milestone: a mid-construction visit to the first Co Chocolat shop outside the UAE! Yes, Co Chocolat is expanding—and Jordan is our first stop.
We’re proud to introduce Eyad Al Shbool—our first franchise partner and the person behind bringing Co Chocolat to Jordan. From one business meeting to deep-diving into our Instagram Reels, Eyad was drawn to the idea of Finally, Truly Healthy Chocolates. He believed in the concept, the mission, and the potential—and now, he’s leading our farm-to-table movement in Amman.
Bringing the Dream to Life
Back in 2019, we met Nada Juma in Dubai. She became more than just a connection—she became family. Fast forward to today: Nada moved back to Jordan, launched her own firm @studio.1.design, and surprise... her team is now leading the design and fitout of our new Amman shop. As Nada said: “I promised you one day we’ll work together.” And here we are, making it real.
With @studio.1.design leading design and build, we in Dubai are at ease. The shop is in good hands, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming. Nada used to order from Co Chocolat when she lived in Dubai, so she knows EXACTLY what we are about and what we stand for.
We even brainstormed the right shade (matte or shiny?), the right warmth of light, and how it plays with our brand’s color palette. If you’ve ever walked into our shops or received our gifts, you know we love thoughtful design. In Amman, we’re doing the same—our vintage mint walls, that signature Co Chocolat calm, and of course... hints of gold everywhere.

While this may seem like just a construction update, it’s really a story of relationships, vision, and shared meals—like the unforgettable Mansaf prepared by Eyad’s wife, or the beautiful drawing gifted by young Naya. It’s about building Co Chocolat in Jordan with people who already feel like family.

In just a few weeks, this space will fully come to life—a beautiful two-storey boutique for Finally, Truly Healthy Chocolates in Jordan.
