We have partnered with our community herbalist and Global Kundalini Teacher Julie Evans to bring you the most luxurious “heart-centered” workshop using power food cacao and real chocolates.
This 2-hour Xocolatl Workshop – xocolatl is what the Mayans called ancient cacao – is divided into three nourishing areas with only twelve attendees allowed:
Breath Work and Opening Up of the Heart
To create chocolate magic, we'll start with the finest ingredient: single estate, pure cacao from Co. We will tune into the spirit of this plant, the fine cacao beans, which are bursting full of magnesium. It evokes passion and promotes self-love and worth, elevating the heart center. We will sip the drink from the seed and begin a heart meditation. The heart can be energetically opened to allow elevated energy to enter. As happy hormones trickle into our brains, we feel more present. This practice also boosts our immune system and increases creativity.
Xocolatl Skincare Workshop
Handcraft your own and luxuriate on an all-natural skincare line by choosing to make three products (2 products listed below + 1 anointment oil) perfect for your skin type which you will take home:
- Gentle Cacao + Floral Facial scrub
Ingredients: grounded oats, cacao, almond powder, chamomile flowers.
- Cacao antioxidant or deep nourish Face Mask
Ingredients: cacao, coconut oil, green tea powder or rose powder, kaolin clay powder (may vary depending on skin type and a choice of nourishment or detox mask.)
- Body Butter - Xocolatl heaven
Ingredients: Cocoa butter and coconut oil -the finest and purest ingredients - so good you can eat it. A natural antioxidant is nourishing, soothing, hydrating, and moisturizing for the body.
- Heart Anointment oil
An oil blend specifically for the heart and to stay in the power of your heart, there is so much power and magic in the staying.
Drinks and Pastries
Choose from Co Café’s hot or cold drinks and enjoy it with pastries with options of vegan, gluten-free, and cane sugar-free.
We have a dedicated activity room in the Co Chocolat Factory for our community. Limited spaces are available.
