Not only does ube give our white chocolate a beautiful purple hue, but it also offers a range of health benefits being a common Southeast Asian root crop used for traditional desserts. Our two new ube flavors both give a rich, creamy wholesome base which while its inclusions will let you in on an adventure of the palate.
“Ooh Bae in the Tropics” is reminiscent of our own summers in the tropics. Munch on toasted coconut chips while you eat ice cream on a summer’s day… this is what it’s like eating this bar. It’s both familiar and yet exotic.

Purple yams are great carbs, potassium, and vitamin C source.
