Build your own chocolate bars by selecting from at least ten toppings. Choose an outer design and inner foil that reflects your personality and finally name this new flavor you created.

While waiting for your two bars to solidify, you'll be served a drink and pastry of your choice while you sit relaxed in our boutique café overlooking goings-on in our kitchen. 

Finally you unmould your chocolate, wrap them, and bring them home.

LEVEL 1 - FUNDAMENTALS OF CHOCOLATE MAKING – NEW!

Schedule: Every first and third Thursday evening of the month from 5.30 PM to 7.30 PM.

Understand the farm-to-table chocolate- making process and learn by practice the basics of high quality chocolate-making. Taste the different forms of chocolate and finally make your own. Probably the best part, you get to bring home your own uniquely-created chocolates!

LEVEL 2 - BECOMING YOUR OWN CHOCOLATE MAKER

AED 400 per person

Schedule: Every second and fourth Friday of the month from 5 pm to 6.30 pm.

The creativity process is where you begin to discover the kind of chocolate maker you want to be and the kind of chocolate you want to make.

Where you’ve mastered the fundamentals of chocolate making in Level 1, this course now dwells in the chocolates you want to make as a hobby or profession and how to find your own signature when making your chocolate bars.
