Our tour varries from a 45 min tour to 120 min tour

If you're coming to the factory experience, please make sure to wear comfortable shoes. We strongly discourage anything that might make it difficult to move around or could be a safety hazard, like stiletto heels, fur, faux fur, feathers, and glitter. We try to be fragrance-free facility, so please don't wear any perfume or cologne. Let everyone in your party know these regulations before they come so everyone can be prepared.

Yes, we offer samples throughout the factory experience. While we are all wearing masks, you can take your mask down to try a sample but will be asked to lift it up again once you have finished eating.

We will discuss the history cocoa, where and how we source our cocoa beans, the benefits of organic and fair-trade practices, and give you an inside look at our factory, describing the cocoa farm to chocolate bar process. And of course, there is plenty of chocolate sampling throughout the factory experience!

We can neither nor deny the presence of Oompa Loompas in the factory.

Reservations are highly recommended. Weekends and holidays may tend to book up quickly, so we advise booking 48 hour in advanced

Given the format of our public factory experience, children ages 5 and under are not permitted.

You can do this up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time so you do not miss out on all the delicious chocolate! Please note our office staff works Monday – Friday and will not answer calls on the weekend.
