How it works

As guests arrive, they will be welcomed with a hot chocolate drink taster.  Children guests will be provided with a chef’s apron and hat which they will use during the chocolate party. 

Next, they will head over for a Chocolate Factory Tour, taste a real cacao fruit and learn all about chocolate in a fun way! Once your child and their guests become chocolate experts, they will head back to the party room to build their own chocolate bars! 

They will pick out their toppings for their chocolate bars, choose their chocolate wrapper, color and name of their chocolate their bars like a true oompah loompah!

While children are waiting for their chocolate bars to cool, the celebrant will blow a birthday cake for the party. Mini croissant, hot chocolate and juice to complete the party.

Pricing 

• AED 3,000 (vat included) for up to 15 participants
• AED 180 per additional child
• 50% deposit to reserve time & space. Deposit is non-refundable two weeks from date of reserved day.

• Birthday Party Package includes:
• Chocolate Factory Tour for up to 15 participants;
• The birthday celebrant will be the Maitre Chocolatier of the day, and will have an exclusive walk around inside the chocolate kitchen and do some chocolatey work;
• Build-a-choco bar activity with two (2) chocolate bars per child to take home;
• Each child will have a mini butter croissant and refreshing juice;
• Two hours exclusive use of the party room for the party;
• AED 500.00 for each additional hour;
• Classic Chocolate Birthday Cake with option to put her face on the birthday cake plus candles to blow. (Approx. 9” (23cm) / 1.5kg, 2 layers up to 12 slices).  Allergen: Contains dairy and gluten;
• Co Chocolat will provide two (2) dedicated staff to host the party + 2 assistants.
• Goodie bag containing one (1) Hot Choco Lollie;
• E-invites will be available to birthday celebrants. Choose from our various e-card options and send it to your invitees to RSVP;
• Complimentary balloons for the celebrant.
