Join us for the "Your Gut and the Role of Real Chocolates' Workshop – a sensory wellness workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and hormones through the power of mindful eating.

In collaboration with Pomodoro Nutrition, this session introduces participants to mindfulness practices that support gut-brain health and hormonal balance, all through the rich and nourishing world of quality dark chocolate.

Participants will be guided through calming breathwork, sensory chocolate tastings, and an immersive mindful eating ritual. The experience also includes a chocolate-making activity where you’ll craft your own wholesome treats using premium ingredients such as nuts, dried fruits, edible flowers, and spices.
