What is included in the Registration Fee?

- You will be called/whatsapp-ed 7 days before your masterclass for reminders.
CANCELLATIONS
Tour vouchers cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour can be rescheduled only ONCE. You can email us at info@cochocolat.com or whatsapp 052 6931041 for rebooking. Example: If your tour is at 10 am Saturday, you need to rebook before 10 am Friday, otherwise we consider your booking as attended/used.
SCHEDULE:
No Sunday deliveries in Ramadan. Cut off for Saturday delivery is 9 am.
Standard delivery to all emirates is within 24-48 hours. If you order before 4:00 pm, you will receive your order within 24 hours. If you order after 4:00PM, you will receive your order within 48 hours. Please indicate your mobile no. because you will be contacted either by SMS/whatsapp/call by driver hours before delivery.
FEE:
Free delivery to all emirates for orders above AED 200, excludes remote areas.
AED 25 delivery fee will apply for orders below AED 200, excludes remote areas.
For remote areas ((click here for complete list) i.e. Ruwais, Ghantoot, Al Khatim Al Manama, free delivery for orders above AED 500.
AED 50 delivery fee will apply for remote areas for orders below AED 500.
