Galentine’s Meditation and Chocolatemaking Workshop (Ladies Only)

Celebrate chocoholic love, fun and friendship with besties this Galentine’s Day over cacao ceremony, meditation and a chocolate-making workshop. Treat your sisters and girl-friends to a date that’ll open the heart while exciting the senses and sparking creativity.

A forty-minute heart-centered class where guests will be performing meditation, cacao ceremony with gentle postures. Hosted by Julie Faye Evans who is a Kundalini Global Teacher, the activity will begin with a cacao ceremony infused with the soothing aroma of rose, designed to help guests relax and open their hearts. This immersive experience will encourage a sense of connection and serenity, as the natural bliss molecules and magnesium in pure cacao from Co Chocolat’s farms work their magic to uplift the mood and nurture the soul. To conclude the meditation, guests will engage in calming breathing exercises paired with gentle postures, promoting serotonin release and deep relaxation. The session will end with the resonant tones of a gong, leaving participants centered and rejuvenated.

It is a class where guests work directly with the nervous system to reset the entire stress system using a mixture of Postures, Movements and Breath. It is also a class where intentions are set to make new neural pathways with affirmations and words.

The meditation class will be followed by a forty-minute chocolate-making workshop where guests choose from ten different types of toppings to create a unique chocolate flavor. They mould-unmould their two bars, choose from a range of colored foil wrappers, then finally write a flavor name and create packaging that will be dedicated to their bestie.

These activities are guaranteed to spark creativity as guests enjoy an intimate workshop with a select no. of people while indulging in premium drinks and pastry.
