We'll start by exploring the history of Co Chocolat and understanding the origins of our cacao and company. You'll learn how we farm our single-origin cacao beans to create healthy farm-to-bar chocolate. We'll take an exclusive look at our factory and walk around our kitchen to see where the magic happens!

In this chocolatier experience, you'll learn how to make chocolate supervised by our chef. You'll start by first learning about the hero ingredient cacao and Co Chocolat's history. You will taste various chocolate products and then move to the kitchen to see each process and be familiar with the machines. You will end by moulding and packaging your own chocolate bars and a Q&A with our chef. This is a beginner-friendly class, so no prior chocolatier experience is necessary.
