These chocolate chips are great in cookies, but these can be used in so many other recipes. Bring on the cakes, brownies, quick breads, cupcakes and ganaches! These chocolate chips are intentionally untempered, meaning it did not undergo the required temperature curve to achieve cacao butter crystallization, since cooking and baking takes your chocolate to a high temperature! Formulated for cooking and baking, we added olive oil in it for some added gooeyness and shine to your chocolate work!
