**Because these tableyas are not tempered, expect a hazy white coating and a few streaks with change in temperature. This is called "blooming". Don't worry, bloomed chocolates are still very safe to eat.
These tablets are ready to consume. As a hot chocolate drink, cook 4 to 5 tablets in 230 ml boiling water. Use a wire whisk or hand blender to froth.
