Filipinos are known for their sweet tooth and how they like to sweeten everything from savory dishes to dessert to reflect the sweet things in life! This tsokolate con dulce de leche drink, Spanish for chocolate with sweet milk, pays homage to this Filipino favorite.
Ingredients: 45% Single Origin Whole Cacao Beans from Agusan del Sur, tub ó (cane sugar) and cow’s milk.
Allergen Info: Contains dairy. Produced in a facility that handles dairy and nuts.
Suitable for:
Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Diet- for vegetarians who avoid animal flesh but consume dairy and eggs.
High Fiber Diet - diet which consists of more than 30 grams fiber per day.
How to Prepare: Dissolve 3 tablets of chocolatl in 230 ml cup of FRESHLY boiled water (or into hot milk or cream), whisk until completely dissolved. Enjoy!
For a thicker, velvety smooth hot choco, consistently whisk for 2-3 minutes while continuously boiling in your hot choco pot.
